Motor Controls
Huayan Tech offers a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors and brushless DC motors over an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. The latest drive technology, together with the option of feedback using incremental or absolute encoders, enables you to manage the full capability of the motor that you select.
Encoders provide feedback for your accurate control of motor speed and positioning. Two varieties of encoders are offered: Optical and magnetic. Their robust design makes them suitable for severe environments. Resolutions from 4 to 528 lines per revolution are available, with up to 3 channels.
The brushed and brushless DC drives feature advanced control technology that provides excellent performance and ease of use. The drives are designed for applications requiring high performance, high-speed stability, basic velocity control, simple setup, and low cost in a compact design.
Huayan Tech offers digital stepper drive developed with advanced DSP control algorithm based on the latest motion control technology. It has achieved a unique level of system smoothness, providing optimal torque and nulls mid-range instability. Compared with traditional analog drives, digital stepper drives can operate at much lower noise and temperature.
