Precision Gearheads

Gearheads provide a means of gearing between the motor and the load to provide either speed reduction or to increase the torque capability of the composite. Two main types of gearheads are available – planetary and spur. Planetary gearheads are compact and deliver high motor torque. Spur gearheads have good efficiency and low friction torque. Huayan Tech offers four categories of precision gearheads: Planetary gearheads, Spur gearheads, High torque spur gearheads and Linear motion gearheads. 

In addition to a wide standard range of spur and planetary gearheads, Huayan Tech also excels in providing customized solutions, tailored to the customer’s requirements. Customizations can be offered such as special grease, special shaft, mounting, etc., to provide you with the exact solution you require.

Planetary gearheads are suitable for transferring high torque. It offers high power in a small space. The main advantages of Huayan Tech’s planetary reducer gearboxes are their high rated torque and high reduction ratio per gear train, utilizing high-quality composite materials. These planetary gearheads have a very compact design with excellent performance and lifetime.

Spur gearheads are suitable for low torques. It usually consists of one or more stage. This gear technology offers advantages in current-limited applications where the lowest input friction and high efficiency are essential. The broad range of Huayan Tech’s spur gearboxes is well adapted to our motor lines, spanning the range of motor diameters.

The high torque series are upgraded version of our regular spur gearheads. Thanks to Huayan Tech’s continuous effort in innovation, they can offer higher torque while maintain similar compact size to better suit clients’ needs.

Our various linear gearheads convert the rotation movement to linear motion with stainless steel lead screw. This allows the linear actuator to provide quiet, efficient, durable and cost-effective linear motion solutions. These linear gearheads are ideal for applications requiring a combination of precise positioning, rapid motion and long life.
